Tending Our Living Earth has been created in response to the growing trend of people wanting to grow, harvest and preserve their own food and live lightly on the planet.

It offers a unique opportunity to get hands on experience as well as a theoretical background on a range of subjects including solar dehydrating, composting toilets, cheese making, etc.
