Here's a selection from our our summer menu for 2012

Wild Pork Belly Confit and Appelstroop Sauce (gluten free)

Succulent fork-tender pok belly from the Awatere Valley with kumara mash, sauteed seasonal vegetables from our gardens and apple gravy.

Roast Free-range Chicken and Roast Garden Vegetables (gluten free)

Boneless chicken galantine stuffed with mozzarella and sage, served with seasonal roast vegetables and lemon and herb sauce.

Riverside Platter

House-made organic pastrami, smoked salmon, marinated feta cheese, gherkins, giant green olives, seasonal fruit, kumara crisps, sour cream, olive oil, garlic butter and house-made ciabatta.

We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, a selection for the kids, locally sourced wines to enjoy with your meal, fair trade coffee and a range of delicious cakes and slices.
